This privacy policy applies to all LiteAppStudio mobile applications (including Toolxie) and our website (Wix).

1. Scope

This policy covers our mobile apps (Android/iOS) and our Wix website.

2. Data We Process

• Anonymous accounts (Firebase Authentication – Anonymous): you receive a random UID. We do not collect e-mail, name, or phone number.

• App content (e.g., journal, goals, notes, habits, moods): stored locally and/or in Firebase (Firestore/Storage) linked to your UID. No sensitive or identity data required.

• Diagnostics (optional): if enabled, Firebase Crashlytics/Performance collects technical error data (device model, OS version, timestamps, stack traces). Not used for identification.

• Payments (optional): purchases/subscriptions are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store. We do not handle card data. We only receive subscription status linked to UID.

• Website (Wix): Wix may use cookies and server logs (IP, user-agent) under their own policy.

3. Purposes

• Provide app functionality and data sync.

• Security, diagnostics, fraud prevention.

• Purchases/subscriptions.

4. Processors

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, optional Crashlytics).

• Google Play / Apple App Store (billing).

• Wix.com Ltd. (website hosting).

5. Retention

Data is kept as long as you use the app. You may delete it anytime.

6. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access control).

7. Your GDPR rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.

8. Children

Apps are intended for users aged 16+.

9. Deletion of data

• In-app: “Delete account & data” (if available).

• Or by e-mail: support@liteappstudio.nl (include your UID).

• Strona WWW (Wix): Wix może używać cookies i logów serwera (IP, user-agent).

• Betalingen (optioneel): via Google Play / App Store. Wij verwerken geen kaartgegevens, enkel status van abonnement gekoppeld aan UID.

• Website (Wix): Wix kan cookies en serverlogs gebruiken (IP, user-agent).

3. Doeleinden
